Use Cases

Every office gets a number, not just an agent.

One unified dataset, institution-specific models, and comparison-group measurement, organized by the job each team does. Start with the question you are being asked.

The institutional scoreboard

Six outcomes, one ledger

Enrollment, engagement, persistence, graduation, and career outcomes, each measured against a comparison group — one dataset for the cabinet, the board, and the Department of Education.

By team

What your team gets

Each page leads with the win for that role, with the how underneath.

By goal

What you are trying to move

Cross-office goals no single team owns.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about where to start

Short answers, in the words a cabinet uses. For anything not here, ask us directly.

Which use case should we start with?

Start with the number you are being asked about, and who is asking. Most institutions begin with advising and retention — the cheapest enrollment they can buy — then extend to enrollment, completion, and career outcomes on the same data and models.

Do we have to buy these separately?

No. One platform, one dataset, one set of institution-specific models. These pages are organized by the job a team does, not by a price list. How pricing works →

Can one platform really serve enrollment, advising, deans, IR, and IT?

Yes, because they ask about the same students from different seats. Enrollment wants to know who will be here in year two, the dean which course is pushing them out, and IR must defend both numbers to the board. One dataset and one model answer all three.

Next step

Bring your questions. Leave with an estimate you can defend.

A 45-minute working session: we start from your public IPEDS figures, show what the platform found at institutions like yours, and size the outcome — before anyone touches your data.
